How it works
Four steps, no surprises
Most first orders take 6–9 weeks from tech pack to container. Here is exactly where the time goes.

Brief & quote
Send a tech pack, sketch or reference link. You get fabric options, FOB price, MOQ and a realistic lead time.
2–3 working days02
Sample
We make the fit sample and adjust until you approve it in writing. Nothing is cut in bulk before that.
7–12 days03
Production
Bulk cutting and sewing, with an inline check at the halfway point so problems are still fixable.
15–25 days04
Inspection & shipping
AQL inspection, photo report, then FOB Guangzhou or hand-over to your forwarder.

Our core is women's apparel. The accessories line exists because our clients kept asking for the whole outfit in one shipment.
Dresses & tops
Woven and jersey, daywear to occasion. The category we have produced longest.
Knitwear
Sweaters, cardigans and knits — gauge, handfeel and shrinkage checked per lot.
Outerwear
Jackets, coats and padded pieces. Lining, interlining and hardware specified with you.
Bags
Totes, shoulder bags and pouches — PU, canvas and textile. Hardware and lining sourced to match.
Scarves & hats
Woven, printed and knitted. Print strike-off approved before bulk.
Small accessories
Belts, hair accessories, pouches and gift sets — the add-ons that lift average order value.

The practical details

What is your minimum order?
50 pieces per style, and we recommend a first order of around 300 pieces in total so sampling and shipping costs are spread sensibly. Below that we can still quote, but the unit price stops being interesting.
Can you work from my tech pack, or do you need a sample?
Either. A tech pack with measurements, fabric and construction notes is fastest. If you only have a reference garment or a link, we will reverse-engineer the spec and confirm it with you before quoting.
Who owns the pattern and the samples?
You do. Patterns, graded sizes and samples developed for your order are yours, and we do not produce your design for anyone else.
How do payment and shipping work?
Typically 30% deposit on order confirmation and 70% before shipment, against the inspection report. Goods ship FOB Guangzhou, or we hand them to your forwarder — whichever is cheaper for you.
What if the bulk does not match the sample?
We do not release it. The order is reworked or remade at our cost before it leaves the factory — that is the entire point of inspecting here rather than after arrival.
